Insurance giant Allianz signs Claude Code deal with Anthropic

AI company Anthropic has signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with German insurance company Allianz.

As part of the agreement, all Allianz employees will have access to the Claude Code coding tool, reports Techcrunch.

For the sake of transparency, a system that logs all interactions with Anthropic’s AI tools will also be implemented at Allianz.

“Together, we are building solutions that prioritize what matters most to our customers, while setting new standards for innovation and resilience,” said Allianz CEO Oliver Bäte in a press release.

The value of the agreement for Anthropic has not been disclosed.
