By consolidating IoT, cloud, and AI into a common operational layer, organisations can break down silos and enhance agility. 

• Human-focused: Without the right resource and capability models, a transformation will soon run out of resources and steam. Building new capability models, reskilling talent, and engaging employees ensure sustainable transformation.
