EasyVista Launches 2025.3 Update With Expanded AI, Improved Data Consistency, and Performance Improvements

EasyVista, an ITSM provider, today announced the general availability of the 2025.3 platform release, the latest version of the company’s AI-driven technology. Featuring new capabilities and improvements, the platform delivers automation, predictive intelligence, and performance enhancements to streamline operations and improve service management across the IT service lifecycle. This release is immediately available for all products except EV Observe, which will be available on December 8.  2025.3 is designed to help the company’s customers to more effectively modernize by optimizing operational performance and improving the complexity of manual processes that come with disjointed tools and inconsistent data.

The 2025.3 release is carefully timed as IT leadership looks for reprieve. With pressure mounting to enhance their automation, accelerate service delivery, and support a broader digital agenda, operations teams still struggle with disjointed systems and partial information bases that bog down decisions and distract from the promise of AI. With a push to stabilise this foundation so companies can invest with confidence in higher-levels of intelligence, automation, and business workflows without making the mess bigger. Reducing variance, improving usability, and making data more reliable throughout, ITSM can work to make sure companies are not weighed down, so IT can have more facts to work at scale.

Today’s product release is a set of enhancements that speak directly to these modernization opportunities. AI Suggestions are now enabled on regular tickets, extending situationally-aware recommendations to every frontline agent. Automatic AI ticket summarization offers further scaling ability by reducing the time spent by agents processing long or high-signal noise tickets. More powerful Knowledge Units further equip the organisation to create structured content that is AI-ready, giving organisations a framework to produce high-confidence content of all varieties. Alongside increased efficiency for frontline support agents, organisations have a more concrete blueprint for expanding AI capabilities.

The newest release also delivers across the platform experience improvements that make it more seamless and enjoyable for users. Home Canvas enables teams to further customize their workspace with new widgets and additional layout options. The newly revamped resource calendar introduces a completely fresh scheduling experience that makes it more streamlined to work together across the entire IT workflow. Platform-wide search and indexing have been rebuilt with speed and precision, allowing users to surface their desired assets, answers, and historical components more quickly than ever. Together, these driving efforts alleviate friction to drive greater output and foster a modern and thoughtful user experience in day-to-day activities.

For organizations that operate with collaboration tools, ITSM 2025.3 extends the Microsoft Teams integration with more actions, approvals, and Copilot capabilities. This enables more effective between-team collaboration and introduces modern service management directly into the messaging platforms your employees already use. In addition, the release also adds support for the new schema tables in EV Insights, which extends the flexibility in which you can report on and analyze data. As always, there are multiple additional operational fixes and enhancements throughout the platform to deliver stronger stability and reliability to IT teams in a time of rapid change.

ITSM’s 2025.3 continues to deliver on the company’s vision for a modern, resilient service management platform that helps companies take advantage of AI, simplifies workflows, and enhances the overall connected enterprise experience.
