Huawei Wi-Fi 7 rethinks connectivity with intelligent converged scheduling, dynamic zooming smart antennas, and precision signal pre-correction. These innovations deliver unmatched signal strength, broader coverage, and better network performance.

RWS now boasts comprehensive Wi-Fi 7 coverage across its entire park, creating an incredible high-speed network experience. Guests can effortlessly stream live content at bustling Universal Studios Singapore, upload crystal-clear HD footage from the Oceanarium, or conduct smooth remote meetings from their hotel rooms, all with lightning-fast bandwidth and minimal latency.

“Because as we all know, connectivity now is the new ingredient in terms of elevating customer experience,” emphasized Alvin Tan, Divisional President of RWS. “We will be able to have the ability to even take in or ingest more data from all our different systems, supporting our visitors’ pre-arrival, during their stay in Resorts World, to be able to respond better to their needs.” Guests can effortlessly organize itineraries, secure bookings, and access tailored suggestions via apps on their mobiles. Behind the scenes, RWS uses its smart operations center to deliver unparalleled oversight, holistic service management, and real-time event control by integrating critical systems like passenger flow monitoring, energy optimization, security response protocols, and facility upkeep into one cohesive platform.

Huawei CampusInsight reinvents network management by monitoring the quality of VIP services and preemptively detecting network issues, whether they be device access failures or subpar network performance. By shifting from traditional passive maintenance to proactive operations, the solution slashes the time spent in fault alerting, diagnosis, localization, and resolution. By identifying rogue or unauthorized devices, it fortifies network security, safeguarding against data breaches with precision. “The other thing that we are looking forward to with this kind of new technology is, of course, how we can improve our business operations with this kind of connectivity, this kind of network bandwidth,” said Alvin Tan. “This will allow our business management to run the operations in actually a more seamless manner to be able to respond to customers’ needs in a very rapid fashion.”

Huawei’s networks exceed stringent industry benchmarks for waterproofing, electrical resistance, and lightning defence, delivering unwavering performance under extreme weather conditions. “We would be able to have better failover in any contingencies to keep our operations just running smoothly for our visitors,” Alvin Tan emphasized. “This kind of new capabilities, I think it just improves the overall resiliency and the security aspects of our resorts.”
