“금융권 96% AI 도입 시도…운영 전환은 19%” 오픈텍스트 조사결과

이번 조사에서는 상당수 금융기관이 에이전틱 AI를 실제 운영 환경에 적용할 준비가 충분하지 않은 것으로 진단됐다.

콘텐츠, 커뮤니케이션, 거래 데이터를 실시간으로 연결할 수 있다고 응답한 금융기관은 9%에 불과했다. 또한 전체 응답자의 52%는 자사의 거버넌스 체계가 규제를 준수하는 에이전틱 AI 도입을 지원할 준비가 되어 있는지 확신하지 못한다고 답했다.

조사 결과 금융기관의 데이터는 여전히 여러 시스템에 분산돼 있었으며, 거버넌스 체계도 일관성이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. AI 의사결정에 대한 책임 구조 역시 명확하지 않은 경우가 많다고 보고서는 분석했다.

조사 결과는 인력 역량 강화 부문에서도 과제를 드러냈다.

금융기관의 AI 투자 우선순위 가운데 인력 역량 강화는 14%로 가장 낮은 비중을 차지했다. 에이전틱 AI 환경에서는 직원이 단순 시스템 운영자가 아니라 AI 기반 업무 프로세스를 감독하고 검증하는 역할을 수행해야 하지만, 이에 대한 준비는 상대적으로 부족한 것으로 나타났다.

보고서는 높은 성과를 보이는 금융기관들이 AI 전환을 단순 기술 프로젝트가 아니라 조직과 인력 전략을 포함한 전사적 변화 과제로 접근하고 있다고 설명했다.

한편 오픈텍스트는 이러한 전환을 지원하기 위해 ‘오픈텍스트 콘텐츠 어비에이터(OpenText Content Aviator)’를 비롯한 에이전틱 AI 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 콘텐츠 어비에이터는 다양한 문서와 데이터를 통합·분석해 필요한 정보를 신속하게 탐색할 수 있도록 지원하는 AI 기반 콘텐츠 지원 도구다.

오픈텍스트는 해당 솔루션이 데이터 거버넌스를 핵심 설계 원칙으로 적용해 금융기관이 요구하는 정확성, 컴플라이언스, 보안 요건을 지원하며, 파일럿 단계의 AI 프로젝트를 실제 운영 환경으로 확장하는 데 필요한 기반을 제공한다고 설명했다.
