세일즈포스, 에이전트포스 진입 장벽 낮춘다··· “새 결제 옵션 도입”

세일즈포스가 20일 AI 에이전트 기능을 고객이 보다 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 새로운 결제 옵션을 추가했다. 이는 세일즈포스가 지난 5월 도입한 유연한 요금제 구조를 기반으로 한다. 고객사는 고객 기록 업데이트, 워크플로우 자동화와 같이 에이전트가 수행하는 작업에 대해 플렉스 크레딧(Flex Credit)으로 비용을 지불할 수 있다. 플렉스 크레딧은 세일즈포스가 자사 제품에서 유연한 과금 방식을 구현하기 위해 도입한 가상 결제 단위다.

앞으로 에이전트포스 사용자는 3가지 과금 모델 중에서 선택할 수 있다. 먼저 종량제(pay-as-you-go) 방식은 사용한 플렉스 크레딧만큼만 월 단위로 결제하면 되며 초기 약정이 필요 없다. 두 번째는 사전 약정(pre-commit) 방식으로, 미리 일정량의 플렉스 크레딧을 구매하기로 약정하면 더 낮은 단가를 적용받을 수 있다. 결제는 마찬가지로 월 단위로 이루어지며, 약정량이 많을수록 할인 폭도 커진다.

세 번째는 선불 구매(pre-purchase) 방식으로, 계약 기간 동안 사용할 크레딧을 한꺼번에 결제하고 잔액에서 차감하는 방식으로 운영된다. 이는 가장 큰 비용 절감 효과를 제공하며, 사용량이 예측 가능하고 일정한 고객을 대상으로 한다.

세일즈포스는 3가지 방식 중 종량제가 파일럿 실행, 신규 사용 사례 테스트, 예측하기 어려운 업무 부하 관리에 적합하다고 설명했다. 이 옵션은 현재 일반에 제공되고 있다. 또한 고객이 계약 기간 동안 사용할 크레딧을 미리 결제하고 필요에 따라 잔액에서 차감하는 선불 구매 방식 역시 이미 제공되고 있으며, 사전 약정 방식은 내년 초부터 일반 제공될 예정이다.
